Interview Process There will be two rounds of the interview process:
- Practical Evaluation: Candidates will be given a real-world sales scenario and asked to present a brief pitch or proposal for an IT product or service.
- Oral Interview: Communication skills, sales aptitude, and general question-answer round.
Employment Agreement Selected candidates will be required to complete a 6-month probation period, after which performance-based confirmation and incentive structure will be discussed.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong interest or proven experience in IT product and service sales
- Good understanding of software products, web applications, mobile apps, and IT services
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify, approach, and engage potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and building a sales pipeline
- Ability to understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented and target-driven mindset
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and maintaining sales records and reports
- Ability to manage multiple prospects and follow up consistently
- Understanding of the local and regional B2B market landscape
- Good written and spoken English and Gujarati/Hindi communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts to support sales conversations
- Basic understanding of website development, mobile apps, or ERP/CRM solutions
- Experience in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations
Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or any related field.
