Interview Process There will be two rounds of the interview process:

  • Practical Evaluation: Candidates will be given a real-world sales scenario and asked to present a brief pitch or proposal for an IT product or service.
  • Oral Interview: Communication skills, sales aptitude, and general question-answer round.

Employment Agreement Selected candidates will be required to complete a 6-month probation period, after which performance-based confirmation and incentive structure will be discussed.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong interest or proven experience in IT product and service sales
  • Good understanding of software products, web applications, mobile apps, and IT services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to identify, approach, and engage potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
  • Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and building a sales pipeline
  • Ability to understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
  • Self-motivated with a result-oriented and target-driven mindset
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools and maintaining sales records and reports
  • Ability to manage multiple prospects and follow up consistently
  • Understanding of the local and regional B2B market landscape
  • Good written and spoken English and Gujarati/Hindi communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts to support sales conversations
  • Basic understanding of website development, mobile apps, or ERP/CRM solutions
  • Experience in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations

Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or any related field.
