Interview Process :
There will be two rounds of the interview process:

Practical Evaluation:
Candidates will be asked to complete a sample task such as creating social media content, campaign ideas, captions, or a short marketing plan.

Oral Interview:
General discussion and question–answer round related to digital marketing concepts and communication skills.

Employment Agreement
Selected candidates have to complete the 6-month or required internship period.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong interest or experience in Content Creation / Digital Marketing
• Knowledge of major social media platforms — Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp Marketing
• Ability to create engaging marketing content, captions, blogs, reel ideas, and promotional materials
• Understanding of planning and executing campaigns for brand awareness and lead generation
• Basic knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization
• Experience managing social media calendars and posting schedules
• Ability to analyze performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights, or similar
• Familiarity with paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads preferred)
• Skills in creating short-form video ideas and marketing storytelling
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools
• Experience engaging with audiences through comments, messages, and campaigns
• Understanding of branding consistency and audience targeting strategies
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams for promotions and campaigns
• Strong written communication skills and English fluency

Good to Have

• Experience in IT / Software product marketing
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools
• Video editing skills (Reels / Shorts)
• Experience handling B2B marketing campaigns

Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
