GenMed: Healthcare ERP & Digital Pharmacy

Challenge:

• Initiated the project through client meetings, gathering detailed requirements, and providing accurate cost and time estimates.
• Managed a Supply Chain ERP system, including both Point of Sale (POS) and financial transactions in the pharmaceutical distribution sector.
• Proficiently managing transactions for various entities, including main branches, customers, retailers, wholesalers/distributors, and manufacturers.
li> Managing margin and order cycles for distributors, retailers, and customers. Including purchasing, sales, and returns.
• Batch & expiry date-wise items and stock management.
• Successfully overseeing the project for over a year while maintaining continuous communication with stakeholders, and developers, and providing ongoing client support.
• Efficiently managing the project's development schedule and timeline. Collaborating closely with the team of designers, developers, DBA, and QA professionals.
• Actively working in Scrums, iterations, retrospectives, planning, and estimating. Leading the definition of project requirements and documentation to finalize budget allocations.
• Develop a simple, elegant, and highly adaptable project architecture that facilitates effective work planning.
• Defining coding standards for developers and conducting rigorous code reviews. Additionally, reviewing database stored procedures (SP).
